PSP CS3 Tuts I cant find help plz

Ok.. ive been searching for a little now for some tutorials on how to let's saw .. Draw on the computer :P How can i draw on the computer and make it look real? i seen someone use a tool and draw make lines n stuff.. blur it and blend and all kinds of stuff I wanna know how 2 do that..... can help me out here?

EDIT: Like how to draw random things such as people or anime or anything else.. etcetc

EDIT: also does any1 have a tut site for adobe after effects? :P

There are a ton of Tutorials on Deviant Art (http://www.deviantart.com/) that deal with drawing, coloring, use of the pen tool etc. Most of them are for the earlier versions of PS but they have the same concept and will at least give you an idea on what you need to do. Just search Photoshop tutorials and you will get plenty. Doing a google search for graphics forums/sites will likely bring up results that will help you as well.

And as far as learning how to draw...practice. Try to copy other ppls works to get the idea down. Search Drawing tutorials or go to your local library and get a how to draw "whatever" book. These things are not that hard to find if you just take the time to look.
