Quick newbie question?

What are the meanings of divisions here, and when I decide to join one that will except me or invite me, how do I determion witch one I would like to join?

well answer to first they are mainly a conglomerate of friends and fans of that division. Purpose of them= Fun and thats all. And secondly u decide by using your personal taste, thats all I got for ya lol.

^Agreed to Vic's post. Yeah, the divisions are just a group of people who are fans of the certain division from Bleach.

You can apply by going to the certain division thread on this page http://forums.bleachexile.com/forumdisplay.php?f=60 or under "Bleach Exile Forums" > "Bleach Divisions".

Before you apply, you should take a look at what they require. I believe that all require a certain amount of posts and a dedicated activeness in your part. My division, the 13th division, requires you to have at least 150+ posts but if you send a private message to the taicho/captain of my division, he might watch how active you are and the number of posts you've done. Then he might accept you and give you a private message back with the password. With this password, you can access the division.

You don't have to be in a division, but it's fun. It's like roleplaying XP... but not exactly.
