Ok uhmm.. I really wanna make my own cartoons :P such as bleach or naruto but i have no idea what to do .. i wanna make my own fight scenes just like the anime and stuff... anyone know how?... like maybe make my own fan-made episode or something :D

is going to take time and dedication,

Adobe Flash is the best in my opinion, but it costs lots of money. Unless you dl it.

Flash CS3 by Adobe is the newest... pop over to the adobe website and you can download it and get a keygen... Also if you want to make it into an anime, then you need more expensive programs like myah, which i think is on the market for like 3000 dollers. Myah blows flash away, its also a lot more complicated to use.

With myah u can make real looking things not just cartoonie looking things...
