Yo Yo, how can I NOT Join?

As far as her bankai goes, I've actually talked about this. Either it is big, and gives her some type of monster that appears (A giant hornet), or she just gets a large sword that looks like a stinger from a bee. To make it complete, she gets wings that looks like Suzemabachi's mark.

Supposedly, they were both totally seperate divisions until after Yoruichi left, and combined them with the second division.
