Use any incarnation of Deathsycthe you want VS. the ultimate deathsycthe rip-off

This one's like one of those ninja vs samurai situations where it depends on if the ninja is standing right before the samurai or behind him unnoticed, since Duo can Hyper Jammer himself in any incarnation of scythe (and become completely invisible in deathscythe hell) it would give an edge if he can get close to forbidden unnoticed or directly hit it with its shield. In direct melee combat without tricks Forbidden takes the win for sheer power and its armored close combat mode, combined with GP that should take at least a few bad angle hit from the scythe. It would also win in a range combat showdown due to having railguns and a plasma induction cannon, but all that can't help if deathscythe is standing behind it ready to strike.

With all respect to duo, his rip-off is superior to him. He's a BIO-CPU and he pilots a better MS. Plus, I doubt duo would seriosly go in for the kill without knowing if the forbidden is an enemy which would make the CPUs go crazy lol. I have to say forbidden...

Whats stopping deathsycthe from doing the exact same thing Duel did?

With all due respect to Shani, the Forbidden SUCKS BALLS in melee combat. *points to the effortless pwnage of Forbidden at close-range by Athrun, and then Yzak*
Forbidden is probably one of the most erroneous MS classifications in history. It's clearly designed for unilateral defense and medium-to-long-range combat, and its only close-range weapon is that scythe, which isn't even a beam weapon.
OTOH, Deathscythe has stealth capabilities and EXCELLS at melee - though he has NO ranged weapons at all.
Shani's gonna get WTFPWNED by Duo, especially if it's Deathscythe Hell.
And scythe =/= Deathscythe ripoff. If any Gundam in Seed's a Deathscythe ripoff, it's Blitz. And that could probably kick Duo's ass, to say nothing of *gasp* Rondo Mina Sahaku's Gold Frame Amatsu Mina Custom.

Well if I remeber right not all deathscythe's could turn invisible but they all had scythe's thus forbidden is a bigger rip-off
I can see forbidden pulling off a win with massive beam spamming

Why does having a scythe make it a ripoff? Just cuz its the same weapon? I mean the original Gundam had the first beam sabre, that doesn't make 90% of all MS a ripoff. I mean if Blitz Gundam had the scythe THEN it would probably be close enough for a ripoff. Now Shenlong/Altron, THATS a ripoff of Dragon Gundam.

No they aren't rip-offs because there are so many with them before forbidden wat other gundam had a scythe? And wat other ones have it besides those 2

All of them were able to jam sensors in order to become "invisible" (though Hell can also be optically invisible). Just because they happen to have the same weapon means nothing unless the weapon is special or original in some way... scythes aren't really that original. It just happened to be Deathscythe's "trademark". Deathscythe has no guns except for vulcans and no close combat mode, if you say Forbidden is a ripoff then it would have to be a Deathscythe/Aesculapius/Gaplant ripoff, and thats too vague to really call it one.

Every gundam is based off the original gundam in one way or another. All the starting gundams in each series is an alterisation of the original i.e. strike, ground type, GP, Impulse, Alex, X, wing, victory, mark II etc... The only one which may not be based off it is the Turn A and we've all seen how disastrous its design is.
