So Char is assigned to test the new Mobile Armor of the Axis, which was built to tank all hits with its I-Field and be all indestructable while launching a barrage of beams that shoot down the entire enemy fleet by itself (similiar to Psycho or Destroy Gundam)...
But Char refuses to rely on its armor capacities and starts using this huge piece unmaneuverable fortress his own way! Talk about antics...

Char later complains that this all new uber unit is as good as a piece of "floating junk" once a pilot like Amuro shows up as adversary and demands a more agile MS D:<
