Ryuujin, I would like to apply for captaincy of the Vaizard Hide-out. I know Nocturne' Ichigo said Dyne was the leader but he was just covering until I reached captain-level. Dyne hasn't been in since August of '07. Us, in the Hide-out, have been fuctioning really as a fanclub with no real "leader", just a council consisting of me and Nocturne' "seeing over" the rest of the members.

Its pretty easy to just scroll to the bottum of the forum and click "Veiw forum leaders", where all the captains are shown, and listed what division they control. It even has VCs if you can believe it. Almost as though that page is there for a reason :odd:

It's confusin' , really , why does someone who was already in that div. needs to re-apply ? I don't recall members to be deleted from the div. for bein' inactive for some time , except the banned ones .

Even if there was a 0 division it would probably follow the same guidelines as the series. Which would probably mean you would either...

A.) Have to be a captain on the forum first to apply.

Or

B.) Have a captain-level (or beyond) post count to apply.

So you could just call the captain's lounge the 0 division if you like.

Yaoi Otaku and I have been talking, and we've come to the conclusion that the Fourth needs a new Captain. Shinsou Dit hasn't been active in three months and even before then has only been on the site sporadically for nearly a year. Yaoi Otaku sent a PM to him over a month ago, but he hasn't replied. We've decided that it might be best for me to assume the role, as Shin seems unlikely to resume regular site activity. I have the necessary posts, and will remain active well into the forseeable future.

It's been a month since I contacted LarryLunch, as well as Dyne for good measure, and I haven't received any response. Neither Yaoi nor myself are quite sure what to do at this point, so all I can really add to my previous post is that if any admins see this, please contact us because this is an issue that needs to be resolved. Our division is distressingly inactive and we were hoping to revitalize it, but in order to do so an active Captain is needed.
