Does anyone know anygood programs to I guess its called clean your pictures with cause i draw tons of pics but I dont know what program is good for like the fine tuning and coloring any advice would be appreciated.

Photoshop works fine for anything.
But..if you don't have that and you want something free, you can probably use gimp.
