where do i get the password??

i tried to join one of the 13 divisions
but every time i click on anything related to those a thing comes up and tells me i need some password thing
is it my own password or do i have to get it from someone???

You go to the threads, asking for membership of the div in the corresponding thread.
You also have to have fulfilled the qualifications to be able to enter. A post count minimum for example...
