Not as hypocritical as you think. After a lifetime of persecution because of his blindness, followed by seeing the genocide of quincy, bounto, and other things unjust, he probably has despised soul society for a long time and thought it was unjust for quite awhile.

Wouldn't take much sweet talking by aizen to get him on board, or even if he sees through the bullshit Aizen spewed to him he knows that it's the only way to bring SS down is to hop on board, and maybe he hopes to destroy Aizen when they're still dressing their wounds and his back is turned, and then he'll probably want to rebuild SS.

Two things i would like to mention before i give my list.
I have been in the forum long enough (two weeks) to know that you should stay away from Rukia lovers and haters. I don't get why people hate her or love her so much. I think she is an average character.
