Gigantis if you mean they have to destroy Earth as planet

If you only have to kill the population then Divinidad.

I mean is destroy earth completely
update:

Considering Moonlight Butterfly wastes all technology, even life, I think, I'd hand it to Turn A or X.

However, I believe GPO2-A was designed for colony destruction, or at least tactical nuclear warfare, so perhaps if it were armed with enough nukes, or knew the locations of enough, he could simply detonate each and move on to the next, pick some up, destroy the place, move on, etc. Or even the MLRS version, if the back packs were nuclear ready, considering the bazooka had a shell and each pack looks to be about the size of the actual gun portion of the bazooka, I'd say it would be possible with modification. Wipe out the major capitals of the world, steal their warheads, go to the arctic, load them, launch, and destroy country by country. Wipe out London, Paris, Moscow, Washington, Berlin, the capital of North Korea, and it's basically free play lol

Other than perhaps those, I believe the only concievable form of mobile unit would have to be a Mobile Armor of some kind. Considering beam weaponry doesn't exist, it's hard to tell how far into the Earth's crust it could go, even from a huge blast like from a Mega Partical Cannon, but after all the fighting shown in 0079 through whenever, the Earth is still in tact, so really, the only thing to do is wipe out civilization with the current greatest power - nuclear warheads.

But...why destroy it if you could take it over?

I agree.
Why destroy it when you can take over.
But still i don't get the topic.

Destroying an entire planet is Super Robot-level stuff, and msot Gundams are Real Robot.
\Having said that, I think the likeliest Gundam to destroy the planet, excluding the Turns (Turn-A and -X), would be the JDG-00X Colony Devil Gundam

meh, unlimited energy, any suit could just continue firing lasers at the same spot until the lasers penetrate the earth's core.

That is to say that someone doesn't come 'round and nuke 'em out of the air first...Physalis is the only suit I know of that is nuke proof...at least, according to mahq, it's the only suit with mention of such armor lol.

my friend said that since reload time and charging time has been reduced to half
"spam the TBR" or "spam the full burst mode"

Spam Twin Satellite Cannons sounds more like it, but even then I doubt its enough to destroy a planet in 24H.

or maybe spam VSBRs could penetrate thru, but digging a hole to the other side mightn't be enough to immediately break the planet either.

Well, assuming trajectory is perfect, and no one manages to interfere, even with ICBMs (at current world technology) aside from a nuke, all it would take is blasting into the core of the Earth, which would essentially cause the explosion of the earth outward, and well, it'd probably be like sawing a rubber band ball in half or something, and maybe you wouldn't even have to go all the way through before the tectonic plates start ripping appart. But even if you do manage to destroy the planet, where're you going to live...? Not all suits are suitted for atmospheric re-entry...considering you'd have to contend with those forces, as well as the amount of debris a destroyed planet would create, it becomes a mess lol

Getting into hypothetical weapons, say a group like Zeon (we all know how much they like dropping colonies) decided to instead of creating a solar ray to destroy battleships, make it some sort of heat ray, if that's not all it is is simply concentrated heat, and aim it toward the atmosphere of Earth, destroy the atmosphere, burn a gigantic hole in the ozone layer, and everything will toast.

I don't think there is a gundam with a planet destruction so far...
Even though Gundams could have detect and destroy any nuclear assaults against them...

Well if we're not doing the Turn types or double X (those would win instantly), the gundam to destroy Earth would be the Crossbone Gundam 1 Kai. It can fire more nukes than GP02

Devil Gundam could do it.

After all, it came the closest to taking over the earth and wiping off life from it in the series.
