Need Help Please

I have my spurts to where I will stop watching anime for a while and suddenly want to watch it. At the time im behind...quite alot. I stopped watching Shippuden on episode seven.

Normally when I get behind I read the manga up to the current episode. So heres the question.

What chapter to I need to start on to begin, and stop on to be up to date with the current episode?
