Isshin's ability to procreate.

It is evident that you have to die, go to SS, be accepted into the shinigami Academy, get promoted as captain.

So, if Isshin once held the post of captain before, that means he is dead. And even if he were banished to the human world, he can't be seen by normal humans. If he is in inhabitation of a gigai, where would his 'procreating' ability come from?

In the end, is Ichigo really of Isshin's flesh and blood? coz the last time I checked, he's supposed to be six feet under.

Do you remember the special gigai that Kisuke made for Rukia, it was supposed to turn her into a human. Now I believe it was said that making such a gigai was a crime worthy of exile. If you put two and two together and realize Kisuke is in exile then you must realize it is not the first time he made such a gigai. In fact I think he did it twice before for Isshin and his wife who I believe now to be Ex Royal Guards that the spirit king sent to earth to serve as a vessel for his arrival. In other words, his parents, and Ichigo is the reincarnation of the Spirit King. Ichigos' mom died protecting him, much like a guard. I'm not sure but I think Ichigos' mom might have been the Squad 12 captain before Kisuke that has been talked of lately in the manga.
