This FC is dedicated to the wonderful Vizard, Kuna Mashiro! She seems to be one of the more eccentric personalties/dressers in Bleach - though the Vizard are typically quite eccentric themselves, she's definitely my favourite from the group! So, if you're looking forward to seeing her reveal some ownage-style powers in the Winter War, or have just loved her from the beginning, feel free to join! :amused:

Mashiro is a somewhat ditzy girl who wears a white bodysuit and goggles in her green hair. Her overall style of dress is reminiscent of the costumes worn by the Tokusatsu Superheroes (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokusatsu) of late 1950s Japanese television, perhaps meant as a contrast between her age and childish appearance. She was able to maintain her hollow mask for fifteen hours on her first attempt to control her hollow, which means she did not need to train like the other Vizard. She often calls Ichigo Berry-tan, a play on Ichigo's name. She seems to be good friends with Hachigen Ushoda, taking an instant disliking to Orihime Inoue when Hachi befriends her. :odd:

Where would you guess Mashiro is ranked within strength of the Vizard? I used to think she was pretty high up, but now that we know a lot of them were Captains, she's moved down a bit...

Joinage, Mashiro = epic win. I still think she's ranked pretty highly in the Vizards strength hierarchy, although some of the others were captain and VC's she was still the only one able to sustain the use of her mask for 15 hours right off the bat. That just has to mean something, I've got a feeling we'll see her imprisoned in the maggots nest.

Yeah it would make sense, the young impressionable girl who when angered becomes a fiery powerhouse. So she's imprisoned because of how potentially dangerous she can become at a moments notice, meh. I'm at least hoping she's one of the Vizards stronger members.

On Mashiro's clothes...I read somewhere (wikipedia?) that Mashiro's costume is a tribute to the Japanese heroes of the 50's kinda like how Shinji's manner of dressing is a tribute to the character design of Lupin III.

But what I lover about her is her hair...it design...man I am a sucker for chicks with hair like that.

She can't be just a random shinigami in my opinion. All of the Vizard are most likely higher ranks as fighting your inner hollow successfully requires strength and a lot of reitsu. She may be a random that has been experimented on in maggots nest but that is more unlikely than likely. I personally agree with the Rose's Lieutenant theory :)
