Naruto needs to be taught the Hermit techniques since the Destined Child, and Kakashi doesn't know them. That's why Kakashi's not in it. Simple. Though I'm sure Kakashi's gonna be seen....he was in the latest chapter, wasn't he? So yeah, don't worry we'll see him again. It's just that he MIGHT not be training Naruto.

It's Kishimoto. I think he said he'll do it before getting back to developing Naruto's character more. And now he's already back to developing Naruto's character. Where's Kakashi's side? And he also said he'd also do Sakura first before getting back to Naruto. It was supposed to be Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi, and THEN Naruto. Guess he forgot.

Agreed. And if Naruto learns more elemental ninjutsu and completes his Rasen Shuriken, then that would mean even more trouble for Sasuke. Though for the Rasen Shuriken, Naruto would also need to find a way to work around the drawback the jutsu has.

Yeah, the mystery behind Kakashi is pretty cool. One of the things that I find most mysterious about him is the fact that he has such a huge arsenal of jutsu at his disposal yet we rarely see him fight all out like other characters. At most we see him do Chidori a few times.

I think that first, Kakashi will be Sixth Hokage. And when Naruto's ready, which looks like it'll be towards the end of the series, then Kakashi will let Naruto take the spot. Naruto's the main character, so it's pretty much his set destiny to be Hokage. It's his dream even. (I know this is the Kakashi FC, but Naruto's also one of my favorite characters so I couldn't help it).

I'd be upset if Kakashi died, but I wouldn't cry. Jiraiya was my second favorite and I was pretty pissed, but it seemed pretty important to the story so I dealt with it.

thx for the joinage, Oh yeah u can tell by this past Manga chapter, that Naruto and Shikimaru will grow by the deaths of their sensei, But i doubt Kakashi will die. If something were to happen to Tsunade, then who would be Hokage?? no one else could.

Yeah, cus right now it doesn't seem like Naruto's going to be ready. He'll become Hokage at the end of the series though, that's for sure. And Kakashi will be Hokage until then should anything really happen to Tsunade. And by Shikamaru's already grown up because of Asuma dying. Now that Jiraya's died, it's time for Naruto to grow up.

The thing is Jiraiya merely delayed Pein for one hour at the most, so he died to give Naruto more growth, which is not bad since he is the first death that really impacted Naruto. I think Tsunade might die to protect Naruto since she has always wanted one of the three promises to be fulfilled.

Yeah, I really hope Kakashi doesn't have to die. Jiraya's death should be enough. Well I guess it will all depend on what happens. I mean it would be the leders who decide if Kakashi will be the next Hokage, and we can't guarantee that they will live long enough to do so. And unfortunate as it may seem, I can definitely see Tsunade dying before this is all over. It ends the old Sannin era and ushers in the new one. I'll say this though, if Tsunade dies before the elders do, the next Hokage will almost certainly be Kakashi as even she herself said he would be a great candidate for it.

Agreed, out of all the Jounins Gai is the only that can match Kakashi in combat capabilities but Gai is inappropriate because of his goofy nature and that Kakashi is smarter.

I do believe if Kakashi could do that, he may very well be able to beat Tsunade. Except for the fact that she has the super healing jutsu. But, I'm not really sure she is fast enough to evade a full speed chidori from Kakashi. Maybe Sasuke, but not him.

Yeah, I think he should be able to. He was the one who created the technique, so he should also be able to use Chidori Nagashi and the like, like Sasuke can.

I was thinking so as well. I think the most advanced thing we've seen him do with it is block Kakuzu's lightning attack by using it with both hands. I'd like to see him do his own version of the lightning sword or something. I bet it would really surprised Sasuke if he saw it.

Sasuke is probably the most arrogant character in Bleach. Anytime someone shows that they can do something he can do or anything better, it completely blows his mind. For instance when Sasuke and Naruto were fighting and used Chidori and Rasengan against each other. Sasuke was all smiles at first when he saw that the Chidori had left a decent sized hole in front of the tank compared to Naruto's small one. But when he sees that the Rasengan had blown the entire backside off of it, he was traumatized. Of in his fight with Itachi, when Itachi pulled out Susanoo. He acted like he shouldn't have expected as much from someone that skilled.

Naruto would probably training, so once he comes back and sees she's dead, he'll go crazy mad and a fight will ensue.

Yeah, they might, lol. But maybe with a lot of training using Naruto's Shadow Clone method (that Kakashi suggested, actually), which you can use to do a thousand years of training in a quarter of the time with a thousand clones, might make it possible to be able to use all five elements. It's just that no one's been able to use all five yet, and it might just be impossible for all we know. And Kakashi already said he can't use the Shadow Clone method as efficiently as Naruto can because of lack of enormous chakra reserves.

And yeah, since the White Fang was his father, he might as well have been the only one, besides Kakashi's mother, to have seen him without the mask.

I don't know. While that would be a good position for him, I think he's closer to the spot of 6th hokage at this point. I'd say once Naruto is ready to take over, Kakashi reliquishes the title and takes over command of the ANBU or becomes a council member.

I think that Danzou was relieved of duty. What he is in control of now is some group called ROOT. That is what Sai is a member of. It seems that the ANBU captains report directly to the hokage.

Yes, that is right. Danzou is the leader of ROOT, which is a separate organization, and they don't report back to the Hokage like the normal ANBU does. And I'm sure there are Captains in ANBU, like Yamato was. And Kakashi was above him, so I guess he was already one of the ANBU Captains.

I don't think Kakashi was a descendant of the Uchiha and Hyuuga clans. Obito just gave him his Sharingan Eye even, so he isn't an original Sharingan user to begin with. And he was only shown using the Fire element in the anime on Sakura and Naruto during the bell training in Shippuuden, but he never did it in the manga. In the manga he's only been shown using Earth and Lightning I think. [Correct me if I'm wrong about which element he only in the anime.]

And yeah, if Kakashi had all of the bijuu's and could master them, he'd be a ninja god. Unless it's dangerous to have more than one bijuu inside you. I don't think you can hold more than one bijuu--even having one is hard to manage. It's amazing that Naruto can endure having the Kyuubi in him. The problem comes in the fact that his best techniques are all A rank or above and require a shit load of chakra.

By the way, if you've read the latest chapter, and you also remember what Sakura explained Chakra as in the beginning chapters, you'll see that smarts play no part in chakra. Chakra is the end result Physical and Spiritual Energy. Look at Chapter 410 page 14 in the BE manga section. Fukusaku explains to Naruto that for Sage Chakra, you need to balance the Natural Energy you take in with your Spiritual and Physical Energy to get it right. And besides, if mental energy really played a part in it, Naruto wouldn't have as much chakra as he does, since he really isn't that bright.

I agree, this is also one of the reasons I don't like Naruto that much. Every major fight he's had he only won thanks to the Kiyubi. If he didn't have a demon sealed within him he would've already died against Haku... :suspicious:

But on the other hand, he does train a lot and he shows good fighting potential. I think in the near future the Kiyubi will be taken from him by force (like with Gaara), but he will survive and continue fighting with his own power. This would be cooler IMO.

Also, Naruto IS annoying sometimes, and he isn't that bright, but as I said he thinks up clever ways to win in one on one fights--see the Neji in the Chuunin Exams, and the Kakuzu fight, how he used the Clones as a distraction to get a feel for how Kakuzu fights, and then once the Rasen Shuriken failed, he used two more; one as a distraction, and the other one that hit its mark and defeated Kakuzu. And I don't think Naruto will get the Kyuubi extracted. He's going to learn to fully master the Kyuubi's power. And he's learning Senjutsu now, so he's going to be more powerful from now on. Also, as Yamato said, Naruto's own chakra is already powerful enough to hold back the Kyuubi. Once he has it under complete control, he'll be tons of times more powerful than he is now. And according to Kakashi, Naruto already has 4 times as much Chakra as him. And when Yamato suppresses the Kyuubi, he could have a hundred times as much--taken from the time when he was about to start training for the Rasen Shuriken.

You're exactly right here. Though I think if Kakashi used his MS on him, he'll win easily. It can send a part of your body or even your whole body to another dimension, though against Deidara all it did was send his arm to some other spot on the same place, lol. If it can trap you in another dimension, then Sasuke's gonna be pwned easily.

Yeh. If he has trained with it more then the chances are he can get better results than when he used it against Deidara, and i doubt he hasn't been training since then. Sasuke is very simple minded and i think that might be his downfall in the end.

We were disscussing 'Who would win in a fight, Sasuke or Kakashi?' We both reckon Kakashi for reasons stated previously. Mostly because of his Mangekyo's power and experience.

Also the simple fact that while Sasuke's has gained a good deal of genjutsu power with his MS let's not forget that Kakashi spent about two years working on his as well. Not to mention he's had it longer. I believe he might even have a good deal of resistance towards any genjutsu Sasuke would try to pull. After that it's a straight up fight. And then Sasuke is in real trouble. He may have more chakra, but Kakashi still has an arsenal of over 1000 jutsu and a mind that works similar to Shikamaru's. IMO he'd be totally screwed.

i think the genjutsu's that sasuke uses might be one of the few things kakashi has to be scared off when he's fighting sasuke since itachi pretty much fucked kakashi mentally. But then again, kakashi didn't have his MS back then

Then again, Kakashi showed some resisitance to it even back then. While I agree Kakashi stills needs to worry about it, I still doubt that Sasuke's are as powerful as Itachi's at this point.

Yeah, while Itachi was no longer toying with Sasuke it became evident through Madara and the end of the fight that Sasuke never really stood much of a chance against Itachi. While he may stand a better chance against Kakashi, I still think in the end his lack of experience and the fact that he seems to constantly underestimate people will be his downfall.

Thats another reason i think that it will be Naruto who finishes off Sasuke.
Sasuke always thinks he is above Naruto so it will be a shock to him when he powers up and shows him he was wrong.

But on a related topic, do you guys think Kakashi has improved his MS? In his fight with Deidara it required a lot of preparation, took a lot of chakra, and looked like a slow attack. It took quite a while for his arm to be "sucked into the vortex", and in that time the enemy could always counter attack against Kakashi. For instance I don't know if that attack would work well against Sasuke, or most other people, if the target isn't constrained in some way they will just attack Kakashi while he is busy focusing his MS...

Chances are he has practiced and trained in using it. Especially with the rising threats the village is under and him being part of Konoha's best defence. It would be stupid him/the writer if he hasn't.

I'd say he probably has worked on it a bit. But as seen previously, it is more of a last resort thing. Like when he was fighting Kakuzu he could very well have pulled it out then but decided not to. It seems he prefers not to do it unless it is necessary. Remember when he did it to Deidara he was about to set off a huge bomb so he didn't have much choice.

^Exactly. Which would mean that he shouldn't use it against Sasuke. And he has a thousand other techniques, so he could try those. Like the Water Dragon Technique. He can still do that one, right?

Yep. Once you've learned something through the sharingan (assuming he didn't have it before he fought Zabuza) you always have it. So long as he has the chakra to do it, he'll be able to. And I'd like to see some high level raiton jutsu from him other than variations of the chidori.

I'd hope so. Naruto's one of my favorite characters, but I'd still say Kakashi's starting to get less attention, or is about to get less attention. I hope Kakashi shows us some more of his stuff. It's a good thing that, according to Kishimoto, something big is about to happen to him and Sakura. I can't wait to see what happens to them.
