Help save the Quincy article on wikipedia

3 people decided that it should be merged with the Characters of Bleach article. But instead of just merging the characters section of the Quincy article they deleted the entire article about the Quincy and only wrote the individual character descriptions of the 3 known Quincy on the character page. All information about the fighting style, items, and abilities of the Quincy was lost.
I am trying to undo the deletion and redo the merge in a more favorable way (only moving the character part while leaving the Quincy article in depth about Quincy abilities, items, etc.) but Collectonian keeps undoing it calling me a vandal when he's the vandal, deleting important in depth info in favor of a half assed description on a character page.
I need backup.
