Background help

Ok i am having trouble deciding what background to make for this pic couze i wana make a sig out of it.So I would like to hear your sugestions and keep in mind that i want the background to be messy and plain colored like the pic itself.

well.. you could use filters(maybe it wouldn't look that good it's just that i like useing them ^^) or some grudge brushes( don't really like useing brushes but i think it would look ok for this pic)

I tried playing around with filters and efects but it dosent mix nicely with the pic.
