Not really to be honest, I had taken a quick peek at his Wiki page but never finished going through it enough. I didn't realize he was leagues faster than Naruto, only that his special attacks were extremely quick.

Well, Enishi is faster than Kenshin, and Kenshin is faster than Sanosuke.
Sanosuke is fast enough to swing a 12 foot long sword in order to deflect a cannon ball, now let me tell you something, cannon balls move faster than bullets.
So Kenshin is faster than that by a large amount to the point that he can disappear from Sanosuke's eyesight completely, and Enishi is faster than Kenshin to the point that he can disappear from Kenshin's eyesight completely.

I'm pretty sure that is not true even back in the late 1800s. Almost 99.999999...% sure modern bullets move at far greater speeds than old cannons and back in the day when cannons and guns used the same technology the small amount of cannon powder in rifle increased the velocity of a bullet more than greater amounts of powder could fore a 20-30+ pound ball. You'd think if the cannon balls traveled slower than bullets Kenshin and his peers would have an easy time deflecting them like 19th century Gray foxes.

Naruto may not be as fast, but kyubii also automatically heals Naruto's lesser injuries, and Naruto (compared to Enishi) has an unlimited energy source.

Tengu Kage Bunshin + Rasengan = 5 or 6 Narutos using rasengan plus a bunch of other clones hanging around, all of which have a bunch of kunai and shuriken.
Lets see Enishi with is anger problem and a Chinese Tai Chi sword (with a japanese style blade) try and top that.

actually Seta Soujiro was faster then Kenshin but i agree with just about everything else you said, tho if NAruto doesnt get the Kyuubis chakra that means the Kyuubi cant heal his wounds either

Kyuubi Chakra is barred.
It only heals lesser injuries, it isn't going to heal him if he gets a sword run through his chest.

Well, I decided simply to go with the falling speeds since it was something that can be equal between both the Cannon Shell and the Bullet.

amphetamines and methenphetamines are stimulats, I know. I have been on Adderall (an amphetamine) since I was 10 and was 13 I was moved up to the XR (Not nearly as diluted) And simply constantly stimulating the nervous system will not result in that. If that was the case, porn starts would be in the same boat since the sex organs and the lips have the most nerve endings and porn stars have constant stimulation of that.

Besides stimulation develops the brain, since the nerves send signals to the brain, hence stimulating the nervous system is really just stimulating the brain, and constant stimulation, be it physical, auditory, visual, or cognitive is what develops the brain....until you hit about 20.

He doesn't teleport or anything, him disappearing is because he is already moving straight at Naruto faster than Naruto can percieve with his eyes.
Enishi slices through the clones before they move.
Let me try and spell this out slower for you.
Enishi is faster than Kenshin, who is faster than Sanosuke, Sanosuke can react to gatling gun fire and deflect cannon shells after they have been fired.
Naruto can't break the sound barrier, and can't move very quickly without a techinque, which means his reaction time is not nearly as quick as he himself moves.

Well comparing falling speeds doesn't really work. Cannon provide more force but the entire point of a bullet is to fire small bits of metal at very high velocities.

On the actual subject about Enishi being too fast for Naruto to perceive? Rock Lee&Jounin(like when they stopped Neji from finishing of Hinata) moved faster than the other Genin could perceive before, then Sasuke apparently attained the same speed Rock Lee did during his match against Gaara. In future fights Naruto can keep up with Sasuke fine(like on the hospital roof) and after 3 years even Sakura is relatively fast compared to part 1 ninjas.

Basically what I'm saying is hasn't Rock Lee's old speed been normalized in the current Naruto Storyline, thus even if we the viewers can't tell they're all moving much faster than earlier in the series where Lee was the speed King? Probably just weird Kishi logic at play.

I don't know much about Enishi, but whenever I've observed a conversation about him many people came to the conclusion while he was must stronger than Kenshin would have guessed and a dangerous foe, unlike Bandage boy, Saitou, and Soujirou Kenshin was going easy on him because of their past history and I don't think he was a threat to anybody but Kenshin and his friends.
