And your claims are based upon? since as far as i'm concerned Aizen is above BB in pretty much every category(prob exept endurance), and if Blackbeard's in character he certainly have no chance as he's not the type to realise on first contact how dangerous his opponents could be.

I see, my other point still stands however since i don't recall Blackbeard having exceptional speed of any form. Always happy to be corrected though.

Blackbeard really doesn't have any speedfeats, but then again, neither does Aizen.

Fair enough, but Aizen did block Bankai Ichigo's attack with one finger, i personally don't think Ichigo was as tired and worn-out as people tend to make him out to be, since he was to some extent healed by Orihime if i remembered right. (prior to that he couldn't even stand up straight anymore).

Aizen is also someone who's been implied to have reached his own upper limit of Shinigami combat, placing him at least on par with the likes of Yoruichi in terms of speed. But then again Teach is someone who could potentially take down Whitebeard so i wouldn't really count him out either. All in all there's just too much speculation at hand for my likings.

On a side note Lucifer might very well wipe the floor with the both of them but since i don't read HxH it wouldn't be my place to speak.

It isn't like Ichigo ran in a bunch of circles before attacking, he just charged forward.
Also, self-implications of strength aren't very reliable.
If they are then we say Teach really is the avatar of the biblical devil.

True, but Blackbeard is also among the strongest villains in One Piece right now, and the guy said he didn't have any speed feats, so I rightly pointed out that neither did Aizen, even though, I am pretty sure they are both increadibly fast.

Ichigo spent a fair amount of time simply running forward, and he was already in Bankai when he began the attack, it would be sad if Aizen was surprised that someone was running straight towards him.

In the manga it just looked as if he was charging at full speed to me, a character can still move at incredible speeds without having to be invisible or appear as a blur to the audience, otherwise it wouldn't have much entertaining values for the viewer.

But yes i agree that Blackbeard is just as likely to be fast.
