Who from Anime/Manga can defeat KoT Haseo?

For all intents and purposes the combatant is now also made up of Data.
The fight takes place in The World.
KoT Haseo has an unlimited amount of Data.
Here is a general outline of his abilities.

1. Data Drain
This attack gives him full control to do whatever he wants to anything it makes contact with.

2. Rebirth
This only occurs if Haseo is defeated, the internet shuts down and resets.

3. Propagation
This ability allows Haseo to instantly reform himself if his body is to be destroyed.

4. Mirage
This ability allows Haseo to make a copy of his opponent.
The copy has all the attributes, physical status, and special abilities of the original.
The copy does not physically exist so as such it can not be harmed, however it can still affect the physical world despite not existing in it.

dunno this guy seems to be a lower level reality warper in his own dimension (wich the fight takes place)

so omnipotents, reality warpers win, other then that i dont see a victory

I believe you are refering to Omnimon X's ability correct?
A few things.
1. If he uses the attack on Haseo, the propogation ability will merely bring Haseo back.
2. If he uses it on the server in which they both exist, instead of restarting like it usually does, Haseo's Rebirth ability will occur and shut it down while Omnimon is in it.
