No, it really doesn't matter.

The Living Tribunal is the closest thing you can be without being an Omnipotent.

He has complete control of thousands of thousands of universes with being like Galactus, Eternity, Mad Jim Jaspers, Franklin Richards, and plenty of others.

So, like I said, Omnipotents win, everything else loses.
