What's Your Super Power?

I was bored, so i decided making an exciting nerdy thread.

My super power would be that optical illusions. like, i can look at people in the eye and i can see their nightmares and their greatest fear and make their minds think that it's happening. so like, if your afraid of drowning, i can see that fear and i can make you think thats its really happening.

If "being a Saiyan" doesn't count, then i'd probably go for Super Speed. The way I see it, as the speed of an object increases, its momentum and impact force increase as well, and once you get to ridiculous superhero level speeds that momentum and impact force start turning a fist into a freight train. So you basically get the equivalent of super strength as well, at least when it comes to fighting.

I came up with another idea, i simply call these people "Pathfinders", the ability to manipulate time and space, as well as the ability to construct stable worm-hole like structures which not only can transport them to any destination of their choice but also are inter dimensional and can travel to alternate universes if they have the mental capacity to plan the route.

I think up different powers all the time, but the most recent one is like this special energy like chakra that resinates within everyone but only a few like me would have the ability to control it. You can use it as an inpenetrable sheild, or as a close/mid/ long-range weapon. Also it has automatic defence sort of like gaaras sand. But you can move it by yourself to attack. The color i think of when i imagine the energy is blue( my favorite color) Its very durable, and can be used in many ways.

Like for example someone is shooting at you, you dont even have to lift a finger, the automatic defese kicks in and the bullets get blown away. Or lets say someone is super fast and is fighting with a sword, and you dont have time to throw up the sheild. you just have to imagine a katana or w/e and the energy will manafest into that shape. Also it would cut through regular swords like butter so that guys dead.

Heres an example of mid-range. This would be like an energy blast that you have to charge in both hands(it takes awile to fully charge) but it has very destructive affect. Like if your aiming at a person, if it makes the target he would be completely insenerated/ turned to ash.

And last put but not least long-range. An energy gun, like yusukes from yu yu hakusho, Not very destructive but it will hit a target from far away. Okay, so those are a few examples, but with a little creativity this power can be used in many more ways. Those are just the basics.

Cleveland / .PMI has the physical strength level of a man his age, and physical condition. However, due to self esteem and inner confidence, this varies. Can, if need be, empower himself to lift roughly without maximal effort, 12 Tons under extreme conditions, yet in his "beyond cosmic" form, his strength level is Immeasurable and has never been recorded or tested beyond that.

Others:
Other powers exerted by Cleveland / .PMI exist, however due to his physical and often "beyond cosmic" nature, and ether construct, other powers were not recorded nor witnessed. It is possible that he can also absorb solar energy for any of numerous, multiple or un-numbered random effects and power exertions.

Having defeated Death, in this physical realm on October 25th, 2005, Cleveland / .PMI has a nearly immortal Life Force, possible causing him to avoid, if not cure deathly situations, or live indefinately. Also since battling Satan two weeks after that battle with Death, he also is not affected by Satanic or any magic, black, dark, or otherwise, to include demons and evil spirits. The samurai concept of immediacy (im a japanophile, as are many others here im sure) also kinda links in, life is but a dream and death is the true awakening, i think every time you dream you get a glimpse into that other world.

^You sure do.... a "glimpse" into that other world. Or... fancy this thought, you actually get to see what you REALLY are through the revealing of dreams on that level. The opening of your understanding is vastly known in that world. Have you ever noticed that languages you can't speak at all in your wakened state, you speak them perfectly in the dream world? Or, if you can't move quickly or dodge a bullet in this world, you can do "Neo" (Matrix) like movements in this world. You can even be anyone you can imagine or conceive in THOUGHT in that world. You're literally The Lord/God on every level? I can go on and on, of what I've discovered in that realm... the Spirit World, the realm of dreams. EVEN... even the ability to do things in the "dream state" (Spirit/Dream World/Realm) that causes changes in your awakened state/world.

I could literally write a book on my journeys, adventures and discoveries....

If I can have powers, than the first power should be that Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII Advent Children) super-slicing, super jumping technique. If someone pissed me off, I'll just slice their house into two!!! (or more....-_-;) It would be awesome!!!

The final part, will be a pair of white, shining wings. I want to fly up to the sky. Watching everything from above. Peoples, animals, building will be look so small. As I spread my wings, I'll fly high above the sky. Playing with birds, spinning in the air and went through clouds... Such a great feelings.

Many might wonders why I didn't ask for immortality. It will be painful to be immortal as they have to stay alive forever, watching everyone that they loved died one-by-one. It's sad to have immortality, ya know? so I don't want immortality. I want to live, get married, and live to old days and finally, when the time comes... people will talk about me in past tense.

Another power that no has mentioned, that I have seen, is having six different beings all having overlapping power or completly different powers and all share the same mind, though they are distinct personalities and souls and independent beings, they are connected in so many different ways on so many different levels that they interact and impede themselves into one anothers life or decisions. They can also exist on different planes and if neccessary have one of them represent them all with the others staying in a semi-dimention as a kind of spirit form

light manipulation. The ability to change solids into light particles and manipulate them perfectly, including myself - of course whilst in a light particle form I maintain cognitive function. So basically i could travel at light speed anywhere (as long as I could see the destination). I could also become a diffuse non specific light in a room and observe eerything in it as though invisible. Heavy objects could be made into light and travel near-weightless to somewher of my desiring. If skilled enough i could also make illusions since all sight could theoretically be manipulated.

Oh! I want the ability to be able to seamlessly travel between the spiritual, physical, and digital universes. And be able to convert anything in those universes into data and run them with programs just like a computer. So I could take people (or objects) and make perfect digital copies of them down to their own unique mental processes and store them and or manipulate them. And since numbers are an infinitive measuring tool, I could do it as much as I want, even coping galaxies. I'd have to die first of course because a physical body has an expiration date and can't enter the spiritual universe, or the digital one for that matter.

The ability to control sleepiness. I can specify a specific area or go full range around me. In an instant everybody that I want to sleep falls into slumber. This power does no damage nor does it protect me in a special way. In addition to this ability I can control my sleeping pattern i.e. I can instantly fall asleep or wake up whenever I want to. This implies that I am conscious of my saroundings even when I am dreaming. Although I cannot control the beings that I left unconscious therefore their sleep lengths will be determined by tiredness.
