I thought people couldnt choose their divisions and dyne assigned people to them so that inactive divisons like the 9th and 1st would have a bigger and more active community.

lol.... well, i am the VC, that means the Captain's assistant. Also, when Taicho is away, I hold it down for her in the division until she gets back. As a leadership role, I also recruit and mentor other members as well. I can propose changes, make rules and such, most, if not all of which still need Taicho clearance.

Reason being that I am unsure of the 2 month clearance is because, as you will see in the preceeding posts, I am new to the division as well. :amused:

O... I almost forgot, I am a bad ass mofo.. lol

Most divisions have higher levels of prerequisites.
