Well unfortunatelly Soltir decided to be inactive and he told me to take the FC...so here it is, i hope he comes back and the FC is his again.. as for the old members they dont need to apply again...only the ones that want to co-own apply....anyway, again a rebirth of Urahara FC...

Some info about Urahara Kisuke

Urahara Kisuke is the owner of the Urahara Shop. He wears traditional Japanese wooden sandals and a bucket hat, which has earned him the nickname "Mr. Hat-and-Clogs". Urahara is usually quite laid-back and has a jovial if not comical attitude, tendencies that tend to drive away customers.He will similarly leave his store unattended for long periods of time while he trains series protagonist Ichigo Kurosaki and his friends in the store's cave-like basement.Despite his odd work ethic and personality, Urahara can be very serious when the situation calls for it. When first introduced Urahara is largely shrouded in mystery, being knowledgeable of all spiritual-related subjects and a guide for Ichigo that works in the background. As the series progresses he is revealed to have been the captain of the 12th Division, before which he was a 3rd seat in the 2nd Division, under Yoruichi, a century before the start of the series. He caught Sōsuke Aizen in the act of converting his fellow Soul Reapers into vaizards. Before Urahara had time to save them and turn them back into Soul Reapers, Aizen had framed him for the crimes and he was banished to the human world.
Urahara is a keen analyst, able to discern an opponent's weaknesses and attack patterns with ease, a quality he passes on to Ichigo Kurosaki during their training together. He is also an avid inventor, and while still a Soul Reaper created a number of items that went against Soul Society's conventions. Most prominent of these is the Hōgyoku, a device that mixes Soul Reapers with hollows. Fearing the potential power it could give someone, Urahara tried and failed to destroy it, allowing it to fall into Aizen's possession midway through the series.Urahara's zanpakutō is a shikomizue named Benihime.When released, Benihime's blade becomes wider than that of his sealed zanpakutō and the hilt curves. In this form it has two known special abilities activated: it can create a polygonal "blood mist shield" capable of blocking most attacks and can fire a crimson-colored energy blast which is similar to a cero.Benihime's bankai has yet to be revealed, but Urahara, when asked to use his bankai to help train Sado, states that his bankai is not fit for such a purpose.
Urahara can usually be found near the scene of an important event, most of the time when it's a bit too late, but will rarely step in to intervene, preferring to be in control from outside.
Thus far, it has tended to be the side of the protagonists. He often knows more than he reveals and tends to have some form of relationship with most of the story's characters. While he is a major driving force throughout much of the story, he is usually only the catalyst, making others to do the work for him.
He also seems to be an acquaintance of Isshin Kurosaki, Ichigo Kurosaki's father, and of Ryūken Ishida, Uryū Ishida's father.
Zanpakutō
Benihime (Crimson Princess): has been described by Urahara as "not nice" as well as being one of the few known Zanpakutō with a female spirit. When sealed, Benihime takes the form of a shikomizue (a blade hidden inside Urahara's cane). Because it resides in a cane it's hilt is still the handle of the cane, so it looks different from most zanpakutou. Flashbacks to when he served in the Gotei 13 shows that Benhime was originally sealed in an ordinary katana-form with a flower-shaped guard amd black handle. The shaft of the cane is able to separate a soul from a body, much like Rukia Kuchiki's glove.
* Shikai: The Shikai command of Benihime is "awaken" (okiro). In its shikai Benihime's blade becomes a bit wider than that of a sealed Zanpakutō and the hilt curves, adding a crimson ribbon and other elaborate decorations around it.
Shikai Special Ability: It's abilities apparently lie in the manipulation of blood, and is believed to possess multiple abilities, though only two have been shown:
* Blood Mist Shield: Benihime's defensive ability forms an oval-shaped "blood mist shield" in front of Urahara. The barrier is able to block Ichigo's first use of his getsuga tenshō while only slightly eroding, after which Urahara comments that he would have lost an arm were it not for the shield.
* Benihime's offensive Ability fires crimson-colored energy blasts. He is also shown to control these blasts, and can even change the intensity of them. Urahara was able to match Ichigo's improvised getsuga tenshō and easily cancel out cero and bala blasts from the Espada Yammy by striking it head-on with this attack after he was able to study the amount of power it took to use it. The energy blast is released with the verbal command "sing" (啼け, nake; can also mean "cry" in Japanese). Since he has yet to name the technique it is likely to be far more powerful than shown, as demonstrated when Ichigo learned the name of his Getsuga Tenshō. Knowing and not knowing the name of a technique changes the power of said technique dramatically, and Kisuke has yet to say it's name/face someone very powerful using it.
* Bankai: Not yet revealed, but has been vaguely commented upon. Yoruichi comments that Urahara managed to learn bankai using the very same three day method he created
Some more info about the stages of his zan
Stage 1 : Normal Zanpakutou
While the first we see of Benihime is the form of a cane, in truth, Benihime once looked much like any other Zanpakutou in Soul Society, sporting a guard with many spikes. Benihime took this form when Urahara was stil in Soul Society and was kept in her sheath, tucked safely into Urahara's obi until needed.
Stage 2 : Unassuming Cane
Urahara is never seen without his cane. But this cane is no ordinary walking stick. In fact, apart from being a walking stick, it has two other purposes:
1) to push out people's souls from their bodies (It has the flaming skull insignia on the base, and that insignia is the one associated with pushing souls out of bodies. It's also on Rukia's glove)
2) to function as a regular, unreleased Zanpakutou when unsheathed.
When Urahara draws Benihime, she does not look too different from a normal Zanpakutou, save for the fact that her hilt is the handle of the cane, and the blade does not taper to a point like say, Byakuya's, but instead, is slanted.
Stage 3 : Shikai
Okiro! Benihime/Awake! Benihime!
The real fun begins, however, when Urahara releases Benihime to Shikai-mode as he first did in Chapter 65. To do so, he says, Okiro, Benihime! (Awake, Benihime!). Benihime is not terribly different from when it was unreleased (Unlike, say, Renji's), but the main differences are that the blade is darker, shorter and wider, and the last bit of the hilt is bent at an angle, and has a little tassel hanging from it. Instead of a guard, there is a wide band-like contraption. On it, there is a little flower design, joining with some ribbons that are tied around the band. From these ribbons hang a little tassel-like length made of little triangles.
Benihime has two known abilities:
1)"Nake! Benihime!"/"Cry! Benihime!"; The (Chigasumi no Tate/Blood-mist shield) is a shield similar to Orihime's Tri-Link shield. In leeches a little blood from Urahara himself after he shouts the trigger command,Nake, Benihime! (Cry, Benihime! [note: some translations say "“nakeâ€" means "sing", "call out" or {according to the Kanji dictionary} "weep". So take your pick.]) It is thick and red, and is strong enough to block out Ichigo's shikai move, (Getsuga Tenshou/Moon-fang Sky-shock), protecting Urahara from losing "at least an arm".
2) The ability to fire from Benihime energy blasts of considerable power. He first showed this to us in chapter 97 when he was trying to force Ichigo into a corner so that he'd remember how to do Getsuga Tenshou and be able to fire them off consecutively. It looked pretty similar to Getsuga Tenshou, actually. The one he shot at Yami (One of the Arrancar that came to the living world in chapter 194) was actually able to dissipate a Cero (Hollow blast).
Bankai
Urahara, being a captain, most certainly has Bankai - he just hasn't shown it to us yet. He took 3 days with the Tenshintai to attain Bankai, 3 days being the maximum number of days one can use the Tenshintai to attain Bankai before it becomes too dangerous to do so. Urahara was the first to use it (it was after all, his invention) and the first and only one to succeed before Ichigo, using himself as a guinea pig.
Powers and abilities:
Master Swordsmanship Specialist: Despite his appearance, Urahara is an extremely skilled fighter, using a combination of powerful attacks and cunning deceptions. While formally being part of the unarmed-combat specializing Special Forces, Kisuke's preferred style of combat seems to be swordsmanship. His skill in the said area have repeatedly been shown as very high. He achieved Bankai within a short time (through a process he devised) relying on the sheer skill of his ability to wield his zanpakuto against its own spirit. During his training sessions for Ichigo, he repeatedly kept Ichigo, who was armed with a much bigger blade, on his toes. His skills at swordsmanship have been shown to be so high, that he rarely ever relies on more than his shikai as shown when fighting Yammy, an Espada-level Arrancar..
Master Scientist/Inventor: As the founder and former head of the Shinigami Research Institute, Urahara is a talented inventor and scientist, having created a number of devices or techniques to aid him in battle or otherwise. His high intellect is evident in this field having created the most amazing things in soul society history. As he has been inventing and creating things since the time before becoming a seated member in the 2nd division. His knowledge has led him to a innate understanding of the abilities of others as well as what happens when independent variables are entered into an equation.
Master Strategist & Tactician: Despite his aloof and unkept appearance, Kisuke has repeatedly shown himself to be a very insightly and cunning many with a talent for thinking things well in advanced as well and able to perceive any situation at hand. After Orihime revealed her powers to Ulquiorra, Kisuke correctly deduced that Aizen would try and use Orihime against the Soul Society (although he believed Aizen intended to actually use her powers rather than use her as bait). He generally has shown himself to also be a crafty tactician from how easily he can deceive both allies and enemies. He has also shown to be a very perceptive and analytical man from how quickly he can analyze an opponent's power and attack patterns to ultimately make them useless against him.
Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: As the former corp commander of the Detention Unit of the Special Forces, he wasn't allowed to use weapons so he was required to become highly proficient in hand-to-hand combat. His skills in this area have been seen great enough to force even the likes Yuroichi to fight seriously as shown from one of their regular sparing sessions. During his days as a Shinigami, while only a third seat officer at the time, his skills were great enough to effortlessly take down several Shinigami-deserters unarmed.
Enhanced Strength: Kisuke's physical prowess has been shown to go beyond superficial skill. During his time as commander of the Detention Unit, he was shown able to effortlessly stop a punch from a giant of a man with a single hand.
Flash Steps Master: As the former third-seat of the 2nd Division and Special Forces Urahara has an exceptional understanding and skill flash steps even being so fast that an opponent doesn't notice when he replaces himself with a portable gigai as a means of misdirection. In addition, the fact that he was always able to keep up with Yuroichi's speed during sparing sessions is further proof of his high mastery in this skill
Kidō Expert: being a former captain of the 12th Division, Kisuke has at least an above lieutenant knowledge of the demon arts. During Uryuu and Ichigo's fight against a Gellian-class Menos, Kisuke effortlessly restrained Rukia, a highly skilled Kidō Expert, with a low-level kidō without incantation.

My clogs batter against the well-rained road. The fingers on my right hand clutch my fan against below my eyes. I grip my cane tightly behind me.
The streetlights flicker all around me, my private spotlights. I’m the star of my own little story.
And thus the story starts, I suppose.
In the windless night the trees begin to sway and move. I feel spiritual energy intensely surround me. My mouth smiles quietly from behind my fan.
‘Hello, anyone there?’ I call in a vernal tone.
Oh, the masses flashstep to me. Don’t they know? It’s funny, I suppose.
They crowd in a circle around me, 12-strong.
‘Oh dear, how so very ignorant you all are,’ I mouth quietly.
The apparent leader steps out from the circle, opposite me. A serious man. Not business-like, but with obvious grudges resting on his shoulders. I pity him.
‘And your name is,’ I ask, as politely as I can manage. Very politely.
‘That is of no importance. All you need to know is everyone surrounding you have two things in common,’ he answers bluntly.
‘Oh, and what are those?’ I ask even though there is no way that I can be wrong. I already know.
‘We all use projectile abilities...’ I am correct ‘and . . . . We all hate you, Urahara Kisuke.’ Correct again.
My left arm brings my cane around so the point rests on the ground. I strain and bend over in mock fragility.
‘But I am only a weak old man, you can’t really hate someone so below you,’ I crone.
‘You cannot fool us.’ The man’s face is stone. Has he no sense of humour?
My left hand slides down the cane, below the partition. Swiftly I close my fan and stow it in my pocket. My right hand’s fingers grip the cane’s handle precisely and calmly, but with great speed. One must be careful of projectiles.
‘I do not believe it is fair to fight so many, but it does not worry me.’ I grin all around. No reactions. ‘Okiro, Benihime!’ I shout as I slide her from the cane-sheath.
They will not release their weapons in this circle of death. That would be suicide. I should give them a fair chance.
My knees bend, I fly into the air. My coattails flap against my legs.
From above they look so silent, and still. So unentertaining.
I set myself alight on a treetop. I wonder if Kurosaki is watching this. He might learn something about strategy. Maybe even humour too. No, I shouldn’t fool myself like that; he’s a lost cause in humour.
Oh... they come. One to my right and one to front. Zanpakutou both drawn. The one to my front points the tip directly at me, a grin as my only reply. A white-silver energy builds up on his Zanpakutou. Ah, this is how he fires. He seems to be taking his time. Ignore him then.
I
bring Benihime around to the one on my right. ‘Okiro, Benihime!’A brilliant red flash. He’s down, and he probably won’t be getting back up.
The one to my front finally releases his attack. Before it’s even half way near me, I already know its mass and the amount of spiritual energy in it. I can easily charge my sword with an equal amount of spirit particles and negate it.
Finally! A reaction from these androids. This man, the one in front, finally looks surprised at my ease in dispensing with him. I shouldn’t let him feel such a disturbing emotion for so long. So I’ll finish him, then.
I speed forward, no doubt only a blur to his feeble power, and slice cleanly through him.
I call down, ‘I hope those weren’t your strongest. You have not impressed me much.’
The leader makes quick motions with his hands. All the last ten draw their weapons. Releases are called. A barrage of different coloured blasts and moves fly past me. I cannot negate them all. But they’re just so slow. Do they—oh wait. A miscount! Only the leader is not firing. How could I miss that? Haha!
This is still no fun. He might be though. I should just let these kids tire themselves out.
I flashstep up and up and up until they can no longer even see me, let alone hurt me.
And then, in one fowl sweep, I’m among them. They are all shocked this time. Very pleasing.
Using their actual blades this time, they recover and rush me. I block the right of me, then the left. I dodge forward and backward. Ah, nine people can be troublesome. One of them got my clog in their face. I hope it’s not damaged. I really like these sandals.
I wipe my sword through two of their guts. They fall quickly.
Surrounded with still eight blades vying for a shot at my throat, I jump above them and onto the grass next to the road.
They all aim their projectiles at me once again. A few come very close to hitting, but none that cannot be avoided without much fuss. But it is quite offensive, I think, for someone to shoot at you. Those who come closest are punished, of course.
With a sly smile, every time one passes close enough to feel, I find its owner and return it, with interest.
When all but the leader is left, I stop and stand about 3 meters away from him.
‘Looks like your haters did nothing,’ I say, laughing.
Finally, he draws his sword and calls his release. I pay it no mind.
An interested shape. Gaps in his sword, obviously meant to hold energy and fire it. He points it directly at me. The gaps light.
Wow. This is really something. This man seems on a par with me. At this level of release at least. So I’ll stay like this.
I walk slowly towards him. He brings his hilt back but keeps the point dead on me. I raise Benihime above my head. Her power flooding the street. He tries and just succeeds to match it.
‘Whoever hits first, is it?’ I ask.
His only answer is sweat and his teeth biting down firmly.
I can hear his erratic heart beating. First it is calm, he tries to center himself, feels himself in the toughest position he’s ever been in, against a man he hates.
Then it speeds up, he realizes what he’s dealing with, how he can never win. It slows calmly, trying again to bring his mind round to the task ahead, his sword ever growing brighter.
The muscles along my right arm tighten and I bring the edge of my blade down on him. He thrusts, but I step from his missiles’ reach. He is done.
I hear Kurosaki’s voice. Oh dear, what a bore.
‘Hey, Mr. Hat-and-Clogs, what happened?’ he asks.
‘Oh just some troublemakers,’ I say and laugh him off.
As I walk away, I wonder, should I have asked them who they are and why they hated me? Probably when they were still alive, of course.

Some info about Urahara Kisuke

Urahara Kisuke is the owner of the Urahara Shop. He wears traditional Japanese wooden sandals and a bucket hat, which has earned him the nickname "Mr. Hat-and-Clogs". Urahara is usually quite laid-back and has a jovial if not comical attitude, tendencies that tend to drive away customers.He will similarly leave his store unattended for long periods of time while he trains series protagonist Ichigo Kurosaki and his friends in the store's cave-like basement.Despite his odd work ethic and personality, Urahara can be very serious when the situation calls for it. When first introduced Urahara is largely shrouded in mystery, being knowledgeable of all spiritual-related subjects and a guide for Ichigo that works in the background. As the series progresses he is revealed to have been the captain of the 12th Division, before which he was a 3rd seat in the 2nd Division, under Yoruichi, a century before the start of the series. He caught Sōsuke Aizen in the act of converting his fellow Soul Reapers into vaizards. Before Urahara had time to save them and turn them back into Soul Reapers, Aizen had framed him for the crimes and he was banished to the human world.
Urahara is a keen analyst, able to discern an opponent's weaknesses and attack patterns with ease, a quality he passes on to Ichigo Kurosaki during their training together. He is also an avid inventor, and while still a Soul Reaper created a number of items that went against Soul Society's conventions. Most prominent of these is the Hōgyoku, a device that mixes Soul Reapers with hollows. Fearing the potential power it could give someone, Urahara tried and failed to destroy it, allowing it to fall into Aizen's possession midway through the series.Urahara's zanpakutō is a shikomizue named Benihime.When released, Benihime's blade becomes wider than that of his sealed zanpakutō and the hilt curves. In this form it has two known special abilities activated: it can create a polygonal "blood mist shield" capable of blocking most attacks and can fire a crimson-colored energy blast which is similar to a cero.Benihime's bankai has yet to be revealed, but Urahara, when asked to use his bankai to help train Sado, states that his bankai is not fit for such a purpose.
Urahara can usually be found near the scene of an important event, most of the time when it's a bit too late, but will rarely step in to intervene, preferring to be in control from outside.
Thus far, it has tended to be the side of the protagonists. He often knows more than he reveals and tends to have some form of relationship with most of the story's characters. While he is a major driving force throughout much of the story, he is usually only the catalyst, making others to do the work for him.
He also seems to be an acquaintance of Isshin Kurosaki, Ichigo Kurosaki's father, and of Ryūken Ishida, Uryū Ishida's father.
Zanpakutō
Benihime (Crimson Princess): has been described by Urahara as "not nice" as well as being one of the few known Zanpakutō with a female spirit. When sealed, Benihime takes the form of a shikomizue (a blade hidden inside Urahara's cane). Because it resides in a cane it's hilt is still the handle of the cane, so it looks different from most zanpakutou. Flashbacks to when he served in the Gotei 13 shows that Benhime was originally sealed in an ordinary katana-form with a flower-shaped guard amd black handle. The shaft of the cane is able to separate a soul from a body, much like Rukia Kuchiki's glove.
* Shikai: The Shikai command of Benihime is "awaken" (okiro). In its shikai Benihime's blade becomes a bit wider than that of a sealed Zanpakutō and the hilt curves, adding a crimson ribbon and other elaborate decorations around it.
Shikai Special Ability: It's abilities apparently lie in the manipulation of blood, and is believed to possess multiple abilities, though only two have been shown:
* Blood Mist Shield: Benihime's defensive ability forms an oval-shaped "blood mist shield" in front of Urahara. The barrier is able to block Ichigo's first use of his getsuga tenshō while only slightly eroding, after which Urahara comments that he would have lost an arm were it not for the shield.
* Benihime's offensive Ability fires crimson-colored energy blasts. He is also shown to control these blasts, and can even change the intensity of them. Urahara was able to match Ichigo's improvised getsuga tenshō and easily cancel out cero and bala blasts from the Espada Yammy by striking it head-on with this attack after he was able to study the amount of power it took to use it. The energy blast is released with the verbal command "sing" (啼け, nake; can also mean "cry" in Japanese). Since he has yet to name the technique it is likely to be far more powerful than shown, as demonstrated when Ichigo learned the name of his Getsuga Tenshō. Knowing and not knowing the name of a technique changes the power of said technique dramatically, and Kisuke has yet to say it's name/face someone very powerful using it.
* Bankai: Not yet revealed, but has been vaguely commented upon. Yoruichi comments that Urahara managed to learn bankai using the very same three day method he created
Some more info about the stages of his zan
Stage 1 : Normal Zanpakutou
While the first we see of Benihime is the form of a cane, in truth, Benihime once looked much like any other Zanpakutou in Soul Society, sporting a guard with many spikes. Benihime took this form when Urahara was stil in Soul Society and was kept in her sheath, tucked safely into Urahara's obi until needed.
Stage 2 : Unassuming Cane
Urahara is never seen without his cane. But this cane is no ordinary walking stick. In fact, apart from being a walking stick, it has two other purposes:
1) to push out people's souls from their bodies (It has the flaming skull insignia on the base, and that insignia is the one associated with pushing souls out of bodies. It's also on Rukia's glove)
2) to function as a regular, unreleased Zanpakutou when unsheathed.
When Urahara draws Benihime, she does not look too different from a normal Zanpakutou, save for the fact that her hilt is the handle of the cane, and the blade does not taper to a point like say, Byakuya's, but instead, is slanted.
Stage 3 : Shikai
Okiro! Benihime/Awake! Benihime!
The real fun begins, however, when Urahara releases Benihime to Shikai-mode as he first did in Chapter 65. To do so, he says, Okiro, Benihime! (Awake, Benihime!). Benihime is not terribly different from when it was unreleased (Unlike, say, Renji's), but the main differences are that the blade is darker, shorter and wider, and the last bit of the hilt is bent at an angle, and has a little tassel hanging from it. Instead of a guard, there is a wide band-like contraption. On it, there is a little flower design, joining with some ribbons that are tied around the band. From these ribbons hang a little tassel-like length made of little triangles.
Benihime has two known abilities:
1)"Nake! Benihime!"/"Cry! Benihime!"; The (Chigasumi no Tate/Blood-mist shield) is a shield similar to Orihime's Tri-Link shield. In leeches a little blood from Urahara himself after he shouts the trigger command,Nake, Benihime! (Cry, Benihime! [note: some translations say "“nakeâ€" means "sing", "call out" or {according to the Kanji dictionary} "weep". So take your pick.]) It is thick and red, and is strong enough to block out Ichigo's shikai move, (Getsuga Tenshou/Moon-fang Sky-shock), protecting Urahara from losing "at least an arm".
2) The ability to fire from Benihime energy blasts of considerable power. He first showed this to us in chapter 97 when he was trying to force Ichigo into a corner so that he'd remember how to do Getsuga Tenshou and be able to fire them off consecutively. It looked pretty similar to Getsuga Tenshou, actually. The one he shot at Yami (One of the Arrancar that came to the living world in chapter 194) was actually able to dissipate a Cero (Hollow blast).
Bankai
Urahara, being a captain, most certainly has Bankai - he just hasn't shown it to us yet. He took 3 days with the Tenshintai to attain Bankai, 3 days being the maximum number of days one can use the Tenshintai to attain Bankai before it becomes too dangerous to do so. Urahara was the first to use it (it was after all, his invention) and the first and only one to succeed before Ichigo, using himself as a guinea pig.
Powers and abilities:
Master Swordsmanship Specialist: Despite his appearance, Urahara is an extremely skilled fighter, using a combination of powerful attacks and cunning deceptions. While formally being part of the unarmed-combat specializing Special Forces, Kisuke's preferred style of combat seems to be swordsmanship. His skill in the said area have repeatedly been shown as very high. He achieved Bankai within a short time (through a process he devised) relying on the sheer skill of his ability to wield his zanpakuto against its own spirit. During his training sessions for Ichigo, he repeatedly kept Ichigo, who was armed with a much bigger blade, on his toes. His skills at swordsmanship have been shown to be so high, that he rarely ever relies on more than his shikai as shown when fighting Yammy, an Espada-level Arrancar..
Master Scientist/Inventor: As the founder and former head of the Shinigami Research Institute, Urahara is a talented inventor and scientist, having created a number of devices or techniques to aid him in battle or otherwise. His high intellect is evident in this field having created the most amazing things in soul society history. As he has been inventing and creating things since the time before becoming a seated member in the 2nd division. His knowledge has led him to a innate understanding of the abilities of others as well as what happens when independent variables are entered into an equation.
Master Strategist & Tactician: Despite his aloof and unkept appearance, Kisuke has repeatedly shown himself to be a very insightly and cunning many with a talent for thinking things well in advanced as well and able to perceive any situation at hand. After Orihime revealed her powers to Ulquiorra, Kisuke correctly deduced that Aizen would try and use Orihime against the Soul Society (although he believed Aizen intended to actually use her powers rather than use her as bait). He generally has shown himself to also be a crafty tactician from how easily he can deceive both allies and enemies. He has also shown to be a very perceptive and analytical man from how quickly he can analyze an opponent's power and attack patterns to ultimately make them useless against him.
Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: As the former corp commander of the Detention Unit of the Special Forces, he wasn't allowed to use weapons so he was required to become highly proficient in hand-to-hand combat. His skills in this area have been seen great enough to force even the likes Yuroichi to fight seriously as shown from one of their regular sparing sessions. During his days as a Shinigami, while only a third seat officer at the time, his skills were great enough to effortlessly take down several Shinigami-deserters unarmed.
Enhanced Strength: Kisuke's physical prowess has been shown to go beyond superficial skill. During his time as commander of the Detention Unit, he was shown able to effortlessly stop a punch from a giant of a man with a single hand.
Flash Steps Master: As the former third-seat of the 2nd Division and Special Forces Urahara has an exceptional understanding and skill flash steps even being so fast that an opponent doesn't notice when he replaces himself with a portable gigai as a means of misdirection. In addition, the fact that he was always able to keep up with Yuroichi's speed during sparing sessions is further proof of his high mastery in this skill
Kidō Expert: being a former captain of the 12th Division, Kisuke has at least an above lieutenant knowledge of the demon arts. During Uryuu and Ichigo's fight against a Gellian-class Menos, Kisuke effortlessly restrained Rukia, a highly skilled Kidō Expert, with a low-level kidō without incantation.

My clogs batter against the well-rained road. The fingers on my right hand clutch my fan against below my eyes. I grip my cane tightly behind me.
The streetlights flicker all around me, my private spotlights. I’m the star of my own little story.
And thus the story starts, I suppose.
In the windless night the trees begin to sway and move. I feel spiritual energy intensely surround me. My mouth smiles quietly from behind my fan.
‘Hello, anyone there?’ I call in a vernal tone.
Oh, the masses flashstep to me. Don’t they know? It’s funny, I suppose.
They crowd in a circle around me, 12-strong.
‘Oh dear, how so very ignorant you all are,’ I mouth quietly.
The apparent leader steps out from the circle, opposite me. A serious man. Not business-like, but with obvious grudges resting on his shoulders. I pity him.
‘And your name is,’ I ask, as politely as I can manage. Very politely.
‘That is of no importance. All you need to know is everyone surrounding you have two things in common,’ he answers bluntly.
‘Oh, and what are those?’ I ask even though there is no way that I can be wrong. I already know.
‘We all use projectile abilities...’ I am correct ‘and . . . . We all hate you, Urahara Kisuke.’ Correct again.
My left arm brings my cane around so the point rests on the ground. I strain and bend over in mock fragility.
‘But I am only a weak old man, you can’t really hate someone so below you,’ I crone.
‘You cannot fool us.’ The man’s face is stone. Has he no sense of humour?
My left hand slides down the cane, below the partition. Swiftly I close my fan and stow it in my pocket. My right hand’s fingers grip the cane’s handle precisely and calmly, but with great speed. One must be careful of projectiles.
‘I do not believe it is fair to fight so many, but it does not worry me.’ I grin all around. No reactions. ‘Okiro, Benihime!’ I shout as I slide her from the cane-sheath.
They will not release their weapons in this circle of death. That would be suicide. I should give them a fair chance.
My knees bend, I fly into the air. My coattails flap against my legs.
From above they look so silent, and still. So unentertaining.
I set myself alight on a treetop. I wonder if Kurosaki is watching this. He might learn something about strategy. Maybe even humour too. No, I shouldn’t fool myself like that; he’s a lost cause in humour.
Oh... they come. One to my right and one to front. Zanpakutou both drawn. The one to my front points the tip directly at me, a grin as my only reply. A white-silver energy builds up on his Zanpakutou. Ah, this is how he fires. He seems to be taking his time. Ignore him then.
I
bring Benihime around to the one on my right. ‘Okiro, Benihime!’A brilliant red flash. He’s down, and he probably won’t be getting back up.
The one to my front finally releases his attack. Before it’s even half way near me, I already know its mass and the amount of spiritual energy in it. I can easily charge my sword with an equal amount of spirit particles and negate it.
Finally! A reaction from these androids. This man, the one in front, finally looks surprised at my ease in dispensing with him. I shouldn’t let him feel such a disturbing emotion for so long. So I’ll finish him, then.
I speed forward, no doubt only a blur to his feeble power, and slice cleanly through him.
I call down, ‘I hope those weren’t your strongest. You have not impressed me much.’
The leader makes quick motions with his hands. All the last ten draw their weapons. Releases are called. A barrage of different coloured blasts and moves fly past me. I cannot negate them all. But they’re just so slow. Do they—oh wait. A miscount! Only the leader is not firing. How could I miss that? Haha!
This is still no fun. He might be though. I should just let these kids tire themselves out.
I flashstep up and up and up until they can no longer even see me, let alone hurt me.
And then, in one fowl sweep, I’m among them. They are all shocked this time. Very pleasing.
Using their actual blades this time, they recover and rush me. I block the right of me, then the left. I dodge forward and backward. Ah, nine people can be troublesome. One of them got my clog in their face. I hope it’s not damaged. I really like these sandals.
I wipe my sword through two of their guts. They fall quickly.
Surrounded with still eight blades vying for a shot at my throat, I jump above them and onto the grass next to the road.
They all aim their projectiles at me once again. A few come very close to hitting, but none that cannot be avoided without much fuss. But it is quite offensive, I think, for someone to shoot at you. Those who come closest are punished, of course.
With a sly smile, every time one passes close enough to feel, I find its owner and return it, with interest.
When all but the leader is left, I stop and stand about 3 meters away from him.
‘Looks like your haters did nothing,’ I say, laughing.
Finally, he draws his sword and calls his release. I pay it no mind.
An interested shape. Gaps in his sword, obviously meant to hold energy and fire it. He points it directly at me. The gaps light.
Wow. This is really something. This man seems on a par with me. At this level of release at least. So I’ll stay like this.
I walk slowly towards him. He brings his hilt back but keeps the point dead on me. I raise Benihime above my head. Her power flooding the street. He tries and just succeeds to match it.
‘Whoever hits first, is it?’ I ask.
His only answer is sweat and his teeth biting down firmly.
I can hear his erratic heart beating. First it is calm, he tries to center himself, feels himself in the toughest position he’s ever been in, against a man he hates.
Then it speeds up, he realizes what he’s dealing with, how he can never win. It slows calmly, trying again to bring his mind round to the task ahead, his sword ever growing brighter.
The muscles along my right arm tighten and I bring the edge of my blade down on him. He thrusts, but I step from his missiles’ reach. He is done.
I hear Kurosaki’s voice. Oh dear, what a bore.
‘Hey, Mr. Hat-and-Clogs, what happened?’ he asks.
‘Oh just some troublemakers,’ I say and laugh him off.
As I walk away, I wonder, should I have asked them who they are and why they hated me? Probably when they were still alive, of course.
