Anyone who watched season one of Gundam 00 surely remembers Graham's first encounter with the Dynames(with Neil Dylandy piloting) in Azadistan (Episode 12). I was so excited about it but there was never an actual battle, it seemed so promising. Even in the second OP animation of season one, we saw the overflag and the Dynames pointing their guns point blank at each other, I honestly really wanted to see a Graham vs. Neil fight, even though I knew that stuff in the OP never really happens.
Anyway, the match-up is as follows, Graham is piloting the Overflag with all the speed and stuff and can do whatever he did in season one before he got that lame-ass "GN-flag". The Dynames is being piloted by Neil Dylandy, NOT Lyle. The Dynames has all the capabilities shown in the series throughout season one before Neil died at the hands of Ali. The shield stuff, the missiles, all the guns ad stuff whatever. If some of you could remember correctly, in the encounter with Graham, Neil did ask Haro to redistribute all GN-energy to the weapons, he can do that in this match-up and this also exist as proof that Graham is a formidable opponent to Neil and the Dynames. Discuss.

tough call...neil hung with ali really well with one fuckin eye. but at the same time grahams bum rush owned him...

beam saber fight i think graham wins, hes a big time close combat fighter

long range neil wins...for obvious reasons in a sniper suit

graham has shown the ability to get through neils long range fire and take it to close combat before, and he bum rushed and just plowed over him knocking neil out once....so i gotta give it to graham.

Overall I do think Graham would win, but to be fair that one time they fought is not really much of a conclusive example.

The Gundams were bombarded for something like 13+ hours, and all of the pilots were clearly exhausted.

That was a battle that even Hallelujah knew was going to be a hopeless cause

Graham Wins, just barely because he is pretty well at avoiding long distance attacks and getting close to his enemies. And once Graham gets close to Lockon it is all over.

Pretty much, Graham is fast enough in his overflag to evade Dynames's sniper fire until he gets close with a beam saber and that would be that.

Cracker wasn't referring to just the bombardment marathon where Neil got bum rushed, knowing Cracker, he had obviously took into consideration the entire first season. In the 1st post, I clearly stated that in episode 12, Graham & Neil had an encounter, obviously meaning that they fought. Graham did bum rushed Neil in this episode, then kicked him. You probably just forgot or didn't read my post completely.
