Hmm I think Yoruichi'd defeat Nel. Lanzador Verde is surely a strong technique. But also it has a disadvantage. It's not fast enough for her. Yoruichi can escape easily. About the power, i'm not sure. But if yoruichi use shunko she wins barely.
