So what do you think about my current requirements, and what would you change or add?

Current requirements:
200 posts min
2 months on the forums min
Have seen at least 1 anime other than Bleach and Naruto
Likes or is open to trying new anime or manga
Enjoys intelligent, spirited discussion of varied topics
Pass general consensus by active division members

Bolded requirement is best one yet, but how bout just one anime instead of two?

Fair enough. I'm thinking also something along the lines of "openness to trying new anime" or "willingness to broaden anime horizons"
