Making a Sig background change colour?

Can anyone help me on making a Sig change from 3 different colours :wacko: , the whole sig moves from red to green to blue and repeats over, seen a few sigs have this but cant find a tutorial or how to do it, using photoshop? or any other program if someone can give a link to a tutorial thanks :smile:

I downloaded a filter which does this automaticly but you could just go and fill each layer with another color and then make into a gif and it will do the exact same thing but it takes longer of course I use gimp so someone that uses photoshop will have to tell you what to do although i think the steps are similar.

a filter? wtf... just go to color balance or use gradient maps

thanks for the replies will have mess around when get back home also would that mean i'd have to save 3 types of the same pic in all different colour or just make 3 new layers with the different colours but saying that how you make it switch between each colour? sorry im not that good at using photoshop :unsure: again thanks for the help

its depend on how you want it..

using gradient overlay with red, green and blue colours making them switch between red green and blue like a disco light effect i guess you could say :wacko: just not sure how you would get it to change between each colour overlay? haha sorry im completely hopeless at explaining.
