Character Profiles?

While searching the web I found this (http://bleach-network.com/information/bleach-characters/grimmjow-jaggerjack), and I was wondering where this information (i.e. weight, height) came from. Has there been any official character information like that published? And if so, where can I find it?

There was a databook released (see link below) & there used to be short biographies on characters at the end of early volumes. But that was mostly only for the Captains & Human world characters (Ichigo & co.). As far as I know, there aren't any for the Espada, soI don't know where the stats on GJ came from. But I'd say the bulk of the information on him is just written by some dedicated fan based on what the read/watched.
