I am making this Thread cause I feel it needs to be done.
It has spoilers, so be careful for those of you that have not fully read the manga.
We saw that they are making Original Video Animation of the Hellsing manga, in other words they are gonna show us the end of the manga in these OVA series.
Now on Topic: I think its not fair not to do the same thing but with another Manga series and one of the most viewed in Japan called Gantz. The TV anime series was almost a masterpiece, but they didn't finish the original storyline, the last arc was a filler and the ending was total CRAP. So it was not a masterpiece. I know they had to finish it cause of the strong content it has, but that's why I made the statement on the Hellsing OVA series, cause they are gonna finish it, and why not make the same with Gantz. The series can continue in an OVA version and I know that is gonna be even more viewed than other anime series, cause Gantz has no equal. Do you imagine the fights Kurono had and when he bacame the Gantz leader, the fights between Itzumi and the vampires, the revival of Kato, the fights of Host Samurai, also the brutal matches that Daizemon Kaze encounters, when the Tokyo Gantz team members meet with the crazy Osaka Gantz team members and of course the revival of Kei Kurono, all these things in anime would look so awesome and unique, it is sad to say that they are not planing to do a thing. But lets wait and see if they can create an OVA series of Gantz like they are doing with Hellsing. Gantz has a lot of fans out there, and I mean A LOT OF FANS that are wanting the manga series to continue in anime, because remember, Gantz has no equal.
Why not give em a chance to finish what they started. They deserve it, and we, the fans of Gantz deserve it 2
