Hey I've been playing PSX, GBA, SNES, GBC games on emulators for some time now and I was wondering :
Is there a Gamecube emulator or even an XBOX one? I've googled it and I can't seem to find a site that has it for download.

I know that the GBA emulator is called VisualBoyAdvance, that's the one I have and it works great.
The NintendoDS one is called NDeSmuME but I can't make it work. There are some others too.
The Playstation one is called psX if I remember correctly and works really well, but there are others too.
I'm sure there is a PS2 emulator as well, but I can't remember its name.

Well, do you know any good emulators?

I'm at my parents house for 2 weeks and I'm getting bored, it'd be cool to play Gamecube, especially Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles or maybe Resident Evil Zero.

The reason there aren't any emulators for the more advanced systems is because most of them have a completely different structure than PCs, making it very hard to emulate games. The games that are emulatable lag like hell. I don't suggest you play emulated games for 6th generation games, they'll lag to much to be playable.

yea everything after the PSX, N64, and Sega Saturn generation is pretty terrible

theres working Dreamcast and DS ones, NullDC and IdeaS, but they lag alot and have sound issues

ur better of sticking to the older ones, theres a ton of fun games on em :)

Yeah it makes sense..

It's just that I left my PS3 at my house and it'd be nice to play some quality games on the pc I've got here..

I guess I'll start Final Fantasy VI again for the 50th time.

Get FFVI on the SNES emulator and not the GBA, the SNES version is alot better.

Heh I got it for both and I didn't notice any difference, I just like the fact that with the GBA emulator there's less cpu/ram consumption.
