I did a search a few times with different keywords on this and the discussion seems to be spread about this particular topic. I'm very interested in this topic so I thought I would start a thread. I know many people are very into discussing Ulquiorra at the moment and where the manga will go next, however.
I would like to discuss everybody's theories on the whereabouts of the characters we want to see next!
First and foremost (the people I care about the most - this is biased so feel free to argue!):
- Urahara/Yoruichi: The only thing I can imagine them doing at the moment is fixing the Garganta Gates from HM back to Fake Karakura. Anything could be possible really. They could be in SS with the real town protecting that, etc.
- The Vaizards: They left so many chapters ago! I'm guessing they will not show up until Shinji is needed to help out with Aizen's Illusions. No more about this from me (feel free to add though!) because there are countless possibilities.
- The Captains in HM: Kenpachi already came to Ichigo's rescue once. Byakuya is too busy babysitting Hanatarou and Rukia (worthless b*tch). Mayuri is busy exploring Szayell's secret storage. The only Captain that (in my mind) is eligible for an appearance/action is Unohana! Many people would like to see this happen - I am one of them. Unohana vs Ulquiorra would be legendary. If Chad/Renji show up to help Ichigo, I will lose interest entirely. Maybe Yammi vs. Chad? Meh.
We could go on to discuss fights outside of HM such as Stark/Kyouraku - Halibel/Hitsufag and Soi Fong/Barragan, but those have respective threads (kind of).
So, feel free to add anything/theorize about where people are hiding :amused:
