I believe I might be pimp enough and/or badass enough to join the fine fellas in the 12th. I fit all the criteria; most recently (like, seconds ago...) I left the cool cats of the 7th if for no other reason than I think the 12th might be more suited to my tastes.

No, not allowed. You're only allowed to be Special Ops and another Division like the 12th but you're not allowed to be in the 12th(for example) and in the Vizard Hideout or any other Division aside from Special Ops if ever accepted.
