Bleach Chapter 70 Blank Page

Chapter 70 of the Manga, by the only people who apparently translated it, has a page with all of the text just gone... Everywhere I've looked, that page is blank, or it's just removed completely. So I downloaded a copy of the RAW version and put it on my server at http://www.soulraver.net/bleach70.html. Could someone please translate this for me? My OCD will not let me continue without knowing what it says D:

Yeah, I was pretty shocked that it was missing also. I wonder why it was never put up.
