Because it would all be speculation on the part of what urahara can do since we haven't even seen his bankai. It also hasn't been shown that Yourichi even has a zanpakto anymore. So if you go by what we have seen so far, then Ichigo and Kenpachi would destroy Urahara and Yourichi.

It is shown in the Lurychio filler arch when they go to the famliy place and Siofon atks him. Also since we haven't seen Bankai from Urahara we must say he can't go it. even though we KNOW he can. I was more along the lines of the team work for Urahara and Yourichi, vs the brute strength of Ichigo and Kenpachi.

Pretty much what has been said. The creators of the filler arcs are on even more potent crack then KT usually is. I find it extremely hard to believe that after three days of training with Yoruichi in which he attained mastery of basic shunpo, that he didn't pick up at least some basic skills in hand-to-hand. And it shows that he did, because as Nocturne said, he absolutely owned 3 VC's in 3 moves.

This matchup can't be done yet not only because we know nothing about team 1, but also because it seems one-sided. Kenpachi and Ichigo are two of the most unrefined shinigami in existence, while Yoruichi and Urahara seem versed in a wide range of techniques and abilities, with more combined experience to back them up. Although in TBTP we learn that Kenpachi was a captain before Urahara, Kenpachi's utter lack of skill almost nullifies that small advantage.

I think Yoruichi and Urahara would win. Ichigo and Kenpachi may be more powerful, but Yoruichi is much faster, Urahara much smarter, and both have a wider range of skills.

We dont know much about Urahara or Yoruichi heck we havent even seen her zan. Therfore I dont think we can say who would win or lose.

Based off of feats from the manga, Ichigo and Kenpachi wins hands down.

Urahara's best feat:
1. About to pwn unreleased yammi with his shikai attack.

Yoruichi's best feat:
-Beating Yammi, the 10th espada at the time, with her bare fists.

Ichigo's best feat:
-Forcing Ulquiorra, the 4th espada, to use his first release.

Kenpachi's best feat:
-Beating the 5th espada with a decisive kendo slash.

There is not enough info on Urahara or Yoruichi to call a true victor to this thread since a number of things haven't been revealed about them such as Urahara's bankai or even Yoruichi's zan.

Yammi is the 0 espada now if he was at his best that is questionable.

And urahara's shikai has an atk and def move, which look similar.

And yes Yourichi is a complete mystery...

However those were just three atks, and they weren't expecting it. And he didn't really train with Yourichi a whole lot, i thought it was mainly with Zangetsu himself?

Really, this is ridiculous. We have Team A, a huge unknown factor, matched against Team B, essentially a pair of very powerful but completely unrefined cave-men. Feats fail as justification since there is circumstantial evidence that Urahara and Yoruichi are extremely powerful, but we haven't seen anything from them yet, while we have a pretty clear indication of Kenpachi and Ichigo's abilities.

IMO the situation with this is very similar to being asked "Is X > 100?", where X is a some number that you have not be informed of. So you can assume that the answer is no, based on our solid knowledge of the value 100, or you can say that the answer is yes based on rumours and whispers about possible values of X, or, you can laugh at this ridiculous poll, because clearly picking one side over the other pretty much going to based on whoever the voter likes best.

Although much of the powers of both Yoruichi and Urahara remain unknown, I would speculate that the duo could win against Ichigo and Kenpachi-taichou. However, much of this will always be based on speculation because the audience is still kept in the dark of the true abilities of the pair in Team 1.
