To the first: Gundam Seed came first, Seed Destiny came second.
To the second: I'm pretty sure Both Seed and Destiny were licensed in Canada as well as the US, so nowhere. Go buy or rent the DVDs.
If I'm wrong, realitylapse.com has Destiny. Dunno if they have Seed or not.
