Thanks man, it would be nice if we had some SOTM or something around here, but it's a bleach forum and not a graphics forum. Still NF has got some active SOTW stuff going on. Oh well maybe in the near future.

I like GFX battles, this will be the last one for a while from me. Since my vacations are over and I start school again today [test week] Now the stocks [renders is for video games] I supply were the best I found out of the whole lot, they are from the movie "Smokin Aces".

The number of battles is irrelevant, nothing limits Slayer from starting a battle. As for stock, I think its a challenge to work under a limited condition that applies to everyone.

Anyways, I've finished the tag, I'll post in my thread but I'm probably not gonna battle.

Anime is overrated too much in GFX and tends to present no challenge at all, I think my next battle will be a video gam render battle.

here is a brief synopsis of the movie:

Slayer's is nicely composed and I like the effect of the card on a overall simple tag. Had the effect been a tad bit brighter it would be a nice focal. GJ

Shinobusensui321 you were going for a similar effect, but the size is awkward IMO, and Buddy Israel is too overcontrasted. The smudge? effect or w/e swirly effect that is seem a bit weird, maybe a gradient map or two might give you better color composition.

Neptunecocktail its a neat tag but it doesn't really bring out the most of the stock. Also a bit much negative space, but I liked the overall feel.

Hotaru the effects around the card are way too oversharpened mate, and since you desaturated the stock, it'd be hard to create a good harmony. That lens flare is laziness xD
