they might have it at a local store that has anime (bestbuy, suncoast, etc) or you could try any online store or even ebay

Endless Waltz has been out for years. SamGoody or Amazon is your best bet and you can probably pick it up for about $20 (US).Though if you are looking to just download it try TorrentSpy or something like that, there may be someone out there hosting a torrent of it.
