Fanclub Owners except for Hitsugaya and Yoruichi FC will have to redo the banners

the banners has exceeded the limit so therefore i deleted them
so redo them
i know i made the rules after these FC Banners were made so im not giving out any warnings or banning anyone...
i dont want to hear..."oh i think the limit is to small" crap cause its just fine
