DIVISIONS- to receive a meaning!

Ok I was checking out the divisions just now and bumped into this thread in which a guy asked what will the divisions be for. but they dont really have a meaning, which is too bad... so how about...

that rpg section... I once posted somewhere, cannot remember where that it would be ok if we had a grand RPG with divisions as one of its elements.... I can make the intro and profile stuff... all I need is the opinion of the members and the approval of the admin.... so ... vote...

i think that would be nice..rps are always good ^^ tho a rp this big would require active members..you know how some rps die easily..or the long waiting for someone to post finally...but i think its a god idea..go kai XD

I remember once, where Ryuujin ( a mod) said something about the whole rp idea being dumb and that the idea had been suggested several times before but it was shot down everytime...

Maybe within the divisions, the moderators (captains) can make they own rp games but I'm not so sure it will be accepted out here in the general forum...

well as far as I know... and I've been wandering through forums since I was thirteen.... all forums have rps.... dont have to be only bleach-related..... in general.... and yeah... that idea about forums within the division category is kewl

The head admin doesn't want rp. Also If RP is supposed to bring meaning into divisions, then nothing happens to those that don't want it. If only a few want to do it, then there is no difference between this division rping and just a thread that a couple of people rp in.

Site mods and admins don't interfer with the workings of divisions so it wouldn't be deleted...only the division captain or VC (assistant mod) could delete that thread...

We had one of them in the third and it caused nothing but trouble. STAY AWAY form Rping. The idea of Rping itself is kinda silly when you think about it anyway.

i agree...stuff like god moding and some super absurd powers and weapons can spoil it all...but if you know how to do it its really fun ^^ ..i think everyone that writes their own stories, fanfic or w/e should like rp-ing lol

well there you go... I, for one thing, (when creating an rp) make initial rules... and Hinotori (who is the coadmin on our rpg forum) knows that I dont let No0bs f*** up the story...

RP's are more successful on some forums than others, and it all depends on what kind of RP you make, and how you make it. I've seen more successes than failures, as long as you don't exaggerate it too much like making a character or something overly powerful, and as long as it's equal.

yep...like Kai said...thats why some initial rules are usefull...like how the fights between players should go, maybe make some list of weapons or skills available....cause god moding really screws up the whole rp...i think we could give it a try to make a rp and see how itll work out...well of course it would require ppl willing to play ^^
