Artists... or idiots?

You probably already understood what I'm going to talk about this time. Some people call them "vandals", some call them "artists", they call themselves "extremists". They also say you have to understand hip-hop culture to understand graffiti. Is hip-hop really about graffiti? But I would like to talk about "tagging", not graffiti.

Cats and dogs "tag" walls with their bodily fluids. People don't communicate using the sense of smell('cept the French). So these wide-clothed teenagers started scribbling vertical surfaces with aerosols. Seemingly, the more there are walls tagged with your bullshit, the cooler you are. But actually, these curved letters don't decorate the "urbanistic view", nor do they give you respect or honor. They just show, that you were taught well in elementary school.

What's the point? Don't they have enough talent for something else, or have too much free time? And what's with the anonymity? Are they afraid of something? Write your real names, not some "Counter-Strike" nicknames, Harry Potter spellnames or random batches of letters.

Now, let's see actual graffiti, by the famous author, Banksy. Now this is what those teenagers should be doing, instead of destroying walls with complete bullshit.
