Anime review. Magister Negi Magi Negima.

Ok so seeing as My first Blog was such a success, Lol It wasn't. I will be talking about maybe interesting things... Maybe Game reviews, Anime and manga as well as well yeah... I won't do live action movies because hell, if I review one, Iv'e reviewd them all haven't I?
Anyway... Lets start this week off with an old favorite. (They'll be weekly btw)
Magister Negi Magi Negima! / Mahou Sensei Negima! / Magical Teacher Negima
I'm sure many of you have heard this name and probably watched it right? Personally, I could only watch the English dub for this due to it having Greg Aryes as Negi. I mean he's one of my favourite English Voice Actors out there.
So anyway English was a plus.
Now we see the series starting with a young Auburn (That's a shade of reddishy brown btw ;)) boy named Negi going to an only girls school to teach English there. Now bear in mind that he's a 10 year old (If someone corrects me, bear in mind I know his actual age and I will break your knee caps.) child going to teach an all girls school (Highschool). Sounds crazy right? It is. Not unbearably though :) I mean when you compare it to most Harem animes, you find this one to stand at the top. Yes it's a harem (not 18 rated) I mean 10 year old boy in female highschool. Can you spell "Molestation" quick enough? Of course there isn't that... unless it's from Ayaka. Still tryna figure that out.
So getting back on topic. The series sees him as a yound wizard going to this school to complete his Magister Magorum in order to become a Magus of some caliber. He believes that once he's completed this. he can find his father. Now If you read the manga, it extends far beyond than what the re edited TV series shows. I've got both but not enough manga to get to the end of the series. ("Why don't you read it online?" asked someone in the back. Well that is a good question young... um.... Timothy. But I hate reading manga online. Suppose you gave birth out of your... well you're not a girl so it's like that for me. (I'm a guy too duh) But I simply cannot stand translation fails, Non translated areas, and spelling, as well as grammar errors.)
Anyway back on topic:
The music was goodish... I mean Yeah, the same opening for 23 episodes gets a little repetitive and annoying at times. This was kind of the exception... I mean they got different people to sing the catchy tune so yeah.
It's got the usual little fuzzy animal mascot that can talk. What anime doesn't nowadays?
Overall rating: 8/10.
Great humor (in English XD)
Awesome looking battles (But lacking here and there)
Good soundtrack.
Lovey Dovey emotional stuff that makes you want to punch just one character. You'll know who she is.
And... Hell it's got magic and the spells are in Latin :P At least watch it for that. ;)
