I loved you once,
I tried again,
Though now we're not even friends.
You broke my heart when it wasn't even whole,
Now you must pay the toll.
I'm not going to kill you,
nor wish you strife,
I merely want you to have a happy life.
You hurt me bad, but you made me feel,
I'm sure the pain I can deal with.
I thank you for the spite,
For now I can look into the light.
I see that there is nothing more than infactuations and travesties.
Because of this, you have saved me.
I won't lie and say I don't still love you,
I merely want what's best for you.
Just don't look for me,
Or you'll be sad,
Because that my life will not have been bad.
