Meteorologists.

Doctors cure diseases, firemen put out fires, builders build houses… Every profession requires skill and hard work, but weathermen... Everyone could be one, all you have to do is look through the window and guess tomorrow's weather. Sometimes you get it right, but most of the times you don't.
I was watching the weathermen predictions for the past few days and it really sucked. If they say that it's gonna rain tomorrow, they probably pray to a thousand of gods to make it happen. If it does rain, they're very happy, saying "Excellent prediction" and patting themselves on the head. If it doesn't rain, they say: “You can't predict things like weather, but we try our best”. “Try harder or go do normal jobs!” - my response to all those "meteorologists".
A normal, self-respecting human would stop trying after he fails for so many times... But not them, they keep trying and trying... our patience.
I don't condone violence in any way, but I would like to push a weatherman into a puddle and then ask him:
-Where did this puddle come from?
-From the rain.
-Should it rained?
And he wouldn't answer, because it shouldn't have rained today, according to his "predictions".

How far off are the predictions in your area?
Anyways, what you refer to as a weatherman is usually no more than an anchorman. That person REPORTS the weather, the ones you want to kill are meteorologists (as your title points out). When I watch the weather channel, it's usually to see the temperature, not the weather. |

What kind of caveman technology do these meteorologists use? Oh, and Vilnius is a sizeable amount away from the ocean, which could explain less predictable weather. And apparently you have a humid continental climate. Might partially explain the changes.

Oh come on. Wouldn't you love to be a meteorologist? It's like betting on horses except you get some money even if you're wrong and all you've gotta do is a few calculations.

but its not very useful if they get it wrong! imagine ur shooting a movie, and u need specif weather.. so u organise for a day that is predicted to be hwatever it is u need, but then it goes horribly wrong, and ur busy running up and down over sand dunes with equipment that weighs 5 times what u do, and costs more than ur life. So that ur rushing to set up every time a cloud leaves for a few seconds or rushing to take it all down every time a cloud appears just as u finished setting up all the grips, with a producer screaming at every one in the back ground. Do u know what that is like.... imagine 10days of that! its not fucking cool! they should get it right or not make the prediction in the first place!

If they fuck up that much, why bother watching. Do something else with that time and let them fools collect they paychecks. A win-win.
