Yup. I actually follow Castle. It is your basic cop drama with one multi-seasonal arc that is still unresolved. The chemistry between the characters, Nathan Fillion, shout-outs to authors and subtle pop culture references, and appealing to an older demographic is what sets it apart from other cop dramas. A few authors have even guest stared as part of the cast.
Personally I thought the writing for season 3 was a bit weak compared to the first two which got me hooked. The S3 finale was good, mainly because it tied in with the multi-season plot arc. I'd recommend it. It has a pretty decent following and is a lot more sweet and dramatic than CSI or NCIS. |

house is the only episodic tv show that i never ever want to end. invent immortality or fucking clone the actors just to keep that show going.

Every story needs an end Skirr.
It's just in television, so few ever get past a first season. Maybe, this will be one of those tv shows they remake in like 20 years. Maybe? |
