Yes, Reborn gets that a lot. The first sixty chapter are boring as any manga can be when it is suppose to be of Shonen genre. Things really get started after that, the manga was completely changed from the inside out. I watched the anime of 25 episodes instead of reading those 60 chapters, and now it has kind of replaced Bleach for me at least. It starts off slow but once that author pulls the 180 and reformats the manga entirely, it changes everything.
