@NVIT- maybe during those 1-10 years of training, but it's been 100 years. I'm pretty sure that all the Vizards have gained complete control over their hollows by now.

i get that analogy. Originally i was gonna throw Shinji in there too but he uses his mask more.

I think Kensei is the most at ease with his hollow. Since the hollow usually searches to take over the body, using their reiatsu would be the logical thing to do.(All this is according to Hichigo's words.) Since Kensei usually uses his zanpakuto in battle it's safe to say that he's the most powerful one without the mask. I say this because I feel that if the others start going into bankai and feed mainly off of their shinigami reiatsu they'd get taken over by their hollows.

i believe that Hirako and Kensei are the stronger even without their mask...then maybe Hiyori and the other former captains and vice-captains...but can't be sure yet cause only Hirako has shown a part of his abilities...that's my opinion

Yeah Shinji can hold his mask a good deal longer than Ichigo. It was hinted that the Vizards can hold their mask for several hours i.e. Mashiro's staying in mask form for 15 hours. When Ichigo masters his hollow powers competely, probably in the Ulq fight, he'll be able to hold his mask for damn long time. To the point where he doesn't need to ever worry about it breaking in a fight because no fight lasts for hours.

EDIT: So guys were do you think the Vizard Captains rank without their mask? All assumptions.

i have a question, Hirako can hold his mask on longer than Ichigo?
what do you think?This means that Ichigo may manage to keep it longer?

I'm in the same boat as you, even though I created the place. It really was no topic, I guess they were discussing names.
