Unless the two Bijuus are as friendly as the Hachibi, then double Bijuus is not possible. Mastery over Bijuus is not a cake walk especially when you have cunning ones such as the Kyuubi. Then there is also the physically limitations of a human compared to that of Bijuu, handling one type of devious chakra is bad enough, I cannot even imagine two. Last but not least, two Bijuus would most likely force the Jinnchurikin to completely rely on his/her Bijuus because the possibility of the Bijuus' ability to screw over the Jinnchurikin's ability to mold and control chakra is too great.
