Congrats on the weight loss. But beware long hours at a PC typing wont kill the calories.

I had to restart my life last year. Got over some personal things too.
I moved out to royal oak in September. My kids love the new place. Come spring they will be happier. Since I live next to the Detroit Zoo and plan to get a season pass.

I am back enough to hang with some friends.

I expect to be pretty busy. But I can always post from my phone when out.
