I'm a big fan of plot construction and analysis etc, quite into my creative writing etc. 20th Century Boys is one of those manga that has a thrill or WTF/ZOMG moment in nearly every chapter. Also one of those "inspirational yet demotivational" pieces. Inspirational cus you enjoy it so much and its so great yet demotivational cus you feel you could never ever write something as amazing. The mangaka's most critically acclaimed series is called "Monster" which I have to check out and he also did a retelling of Astroboy called "Pluto" which I plan on reading. 20th CB is some of the most effective and creative use of "de-chronological" story telling I've ever seen.
currently reading (and jizzing ALL OVER) 20th Century Boys. I have never read anything like it. If FT is even half as good as 20thCB then it will be worth reading.
